Join/Start a Call as Leader

How do I join/start a call as leader ?

- I've tried to setup a conf call using the following info:
Dial in Number: 866.844.9998
Access Code: 847.936.7911
Leader Code: 641.37.938
- I've also tried to create a Bridge using above info and setup a conf call using the Bridge

In both cases, the call is initiated as a 'participant'.

What do I need to do dial in as the Leader ?
Note: To dial in as Leader manually, the steps are,
1. Call dial-in number
2. Enter Access Code
3. Press *
4. Enter Leader Code
5. Press 1
